Important Notice

1. 1. An account deletion request cannot be later cancelled.
2. 2. After the account is deleted, account information and access to the account cannot be retrieved.
3. 3. After an account deletion request is received, the money (AED) held in a wallet will not be refunded or transferred.
4. 4. ADNOC rewards points in the account which was requested to be deleted cannot be redeemed, used for payments,exchanged, transferred, encashed or retroclaimed.
5. 5. ADNOC Distribution may retain certain data after an account deletion request to comply with ADNOC Distribution's obligations.
